1st Alliance Treatment Services provides outpatient substance use treatment in Lakewood, Colorado. They offer intensive outpatient and enhanced outpatient levels of care.

Before you can begin treatment, you'll have two intake sessions. The first one is mostly paperwork, and the second one is an in-depth interview with a counselor. Staff will take this data and use it to determine which program is best suited for your needs. The intensive outpatient program is a 4-week program that meets for 3 hours three times a week. A step down from this level is the enhanced outpatient program. This program lasts 4 to 6 weeks and consists of twice a week group sessions for 2 hours at a time.

Group sessions allow you to get support from your peers who are also going through a similar journey as you. You'll ask questions and hear each other's lived experiences as well as get education on important recovery topics.
