Care Designed for Women

I appreciate that the Nova Luna Center provides residential care for women recovering from addiction and trauma. The program combines individual and group therapy with evidence-based modalities that include sensorimotor psychotherapy, mindfulness practices, yoga and expressive arts therapy to support nervous system regulation and embodied recovery.
