New Era Rehabilitation Center provides comprehensive mental health care and addiction recovery services for adults in New Haven, Connecticut. Services include specialized programming for young adults, seniors, LGBTQ+ persons, and persons with co-occurring addiction and mental illness. Treatment programs include medically supervised detox, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), inpatient treatment, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), standard outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare services.
Clients receive medical and mental health assessments, personalized care planning, and comprehensive case management. Clients in alcohol and/or opioid recovery may enroll in the medication-assisted treatment (MAT) program, which may include methadone maintenance. Clients also engage in intensive, trauma-informed individual, group, and family counseling. The program promotes clients’ sustained sobriety through robust recovery-focused life-skills training addressing topics such as coping, wellness, and relapse prevention. Their aftercare services ensure a complete continuum of care aligned with clients’ evolving needs. These services may include peer coaching, career counseling, 12-Step program facilitation, and referrals for medical, mental health, and social service programs.
