As part of the Meridian Behavioral Health Network, Meadow Creek offers residential inpatient treatment for women-only at the Pine City location. By providing a home-like environment for residents to step away from the stressors of their addiction, the treatment team at Meadow Creek can help individuals focus on treatment. Staff provide comprehensive mental health assessments and personalized treatment planning. Treatment runs for four to six weeks and incorporates individual and group therapy, social activities, exercise, healthy meals, family education, support meetings, and mental health support. Before completion of the program, each resident receives a comprehensive aftercare plan which may include relapse prevention strategies and follow-up appointments.
Meadow Creek is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), reflecting clinical excellence. Many insurance plans, Medicaid, Rule 24 funding, and self-pay are accepted. Financial assistance may be available.
