About Fresh Start

Fresh Start is an outpatient addiction treatment center for adults in Fairbanks, Alaska. Their levels of care include intensive outpatient (IOP), standard outpatient (OP), and aftercare programming, including telehealth services. Dedicated programs are available for young adults, justice-involved persons, trauma survivors, and persons with co-occurring addiction and mental illness.
