About CenterPointe Campus for Hope
Located in Omaha, Nebraska, CenterPointe is a CARF accredited dual diagnosis addiction treatment center providing a full continuum of care to adults with co-occurring mental health conditions. Offering medical detox, inpatient drug and alcohol rehab, partial hospitalization, outpatient, intensive outpatient programs, medication assisted treatment, peer support, and transitional housing.
Serving counties in the greater Omaha metro area, CenterPointe offers short term (45 days) and long term (four to six months) addiction treatment for individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health diagnoses. The core components of the treatment program include assessments, treatment planning, counseling, life skills training, relationship skill development, relapse prevention, stress management, coping strategies, recreational therapy, and nutritional services. Residents can also access workplace readiness training, education, budgeting support, housing referrals, and ongoing mental health support. Services are available to low income adults and those experiencing homelessness over the age of 19.
CenterPointe is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), Better Business Bureau, and NABHO, and has won awards for the best rehab facility and business integrity. CenterPointe is partially funded by the state of Nebraska’s Department of Health and Human Services and SAMHSA. Medicaid, Medicare, military insurance, self pay, commercial insurance, and other financial options are available, including financial aid.
