About Keystone Hall
Keystone Hall is a drug and alcohol addiction treatment center for adults, located in Nashua, New Hampshire. Programs include inpatient residential drug rehab, outpatient, intensive outpatient programs, medication assisted treatment (MAT), peer recovery support services, drug court diversion programs, outreach services, telehealth, and aftercare.
With a trauma-informed approach to treatment, Keystone Hall provides a full array of services through Harbor Care and community partners. Treatment relies on evidence based and harm reduction approaches which incorporate a holistic model of care, seeking to meet the client’s physical and emotional health, and ensure they have access to basic services like housing and employment. Treatment begins with a comprehensive assessment and individualized treatment plan and may include individual and group counseling, 12 step facilitation, psychoeducation, vocational opportunities, relapse prevention, nutrition and wellness programming, referrals to social services, and recovery support groups.
Accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), reflecting high quality behavioral healthcare. As a nonprofit organization, Keystone Hall accepts Medicaid, private pay, managed care programs, state funding, and commercial insurance plans.
