About Nancy Clark and Associates Alternative Sentencing Program

Nancy Clark and Associates Alternative Sentencing Program offers addiction recovery services to teenagers and adults who are facing drug or alcohol charges and potential criminal sentences. They provide residential treatment and aftercare support that allows clients to learn about their drug and alcohol addiction, understand its effects, and make strides toward recovery. In exchange for participating in this program, clients may receive shorter incarceration times or have their charges reversed altogether.

While in the residential program, clients will participate in an array of holistic treatments including individual, group, and family therapy, meditation, cognitive exercises, anger management courses, yoga, acupuncture, and self-esteem workshops. These services are designed to treat each client on a mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual level instead of just treating their addiction. Aftercare services include connecting clients with sober living houses, career training, relapse prevention tools, and additional therapy services.

Nancy Clark and Associates Alternative Sentencing Program accepts most forms of commercial insurance, which may include Health Net, MHN, Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, UniCare, Humana, United Healthcare, and others. Contact your provider to verify coverage because out of network benefits can vary.

Nancy Clark and Associates Alternative Sentencing Program is licensed and certified by The State of California and the program is probation-approved.

Rational Behavior Therapy (RBT)

Therapists often use rational emotive behavioral therapy in California to treat addiction. The ABC (activating event, beliefs, consequences) framework is used to help participants identify irrational beliefs and reframe their thinking in healthier ways.

Women's Rehab

Women’s rehab in California provides a safe environment where women can work through addiction challenges surrounded by their gender peers. This often creates an environment that is more conducive to recovery.
